Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Releaf Rewards website, booking a certification appointment, or enrolling in the Releaf Rewards members' club (together, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age, or the minimum age required by your state's medical marijuana program.
• Have a qualifying medical condition as defined by your state.
• Provide valid government-issued identification.
• Reside in one of the states we serve.

A licensed physician, not Releaf, makes the final determination of whether you qualify for a medical marijuana certification under your state's program.

3. Description of Services

The Releaf Clinics provides telehealth-based medical marijuana certification and renewal appointments with licensed physicians. Releaf Rewards is a members' club offering member pricing, renewal tracking, referral rewards, and a personalized engagement experience. Membership in Releaf Rewards does not guarantee certification; eligibility is determined by a certifying physician.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments are conducted via secure telehealth and typically last about 10 minutes.
• You will receive a confirmation and a join link by email before your appointment.
• To reschedule or cancel, contact us as early as possible. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.

5. Releaf Rewards & Referrals

• Members earn member pricing on certifications and renewals, tracked automatically in their portal.
• Referral codes reward you when a referred patient completes a booking using your code.
• Reward tiers, discounts, and referral bonuses may change at our discretion; earned rewards already credited to your account remain yours.
• Abuse, fraud, or self-referral will result in forfeiture of rewards and possible account suspension.

6. Pricing & Payments

Certification pricing depends on your state, certification type (new or renewal), and term. Member rates are displayed at booking. Payments are processed securely. State application fees, where applicable, are separate and paid directly to your state's program.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information during registration or your certification visit.
• Share, transfer, or sell your referral code or membership in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to access another member's account or data.
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, copy, design, and the Releaf Rewards branding — is owned by The Releaf Clinics and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" basis. A medical marijuana certification is a physician's recommendation based on your qualifying condition; it is not a guarantee of therapeutic outcome and is not a substitute for ongoing medical care from your primary provider. We do not guarantee approval by any state program or dispensary.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Releaf Clinics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Missouri.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
